After high school, I went through the heating and air conditioning program at Moore-Norman Vo-Tech and then worked in the field for about 16 years.  I started my own heating and air business in 1997 in Norman and am still in business.  I married my high school sweetheart, Christie Cate (Norman High graduate, 1982).  We’ve been married for 26 years and have three children, Aimee (22), Stephen (20), and Chad (16).  Aimee is a medical assistant and is attending college to become a registered nurse.  Stephen works at Lowe’s and is attending OCCC.  He plans to transfer to the Construction Science program at OU.  Chad is a sophomore at Norman North and is playing basketball and works at the theatre.  We stay busy going to Colorado in the summer, running my business, and raising our family.  We camped a lot when the kids were young, but now we have been blessed with a vacation home on Lake Arbuckle.  Now that we are older, beds are much more comfortable than the hard ground! We go to the lake to get away from the hustle and bustle of life as much as possible.

I graduated from OU in 1985 where I met my husband.  I worked in Houston and Norman before we were transferred to Louisiana in 1993.  That's a whole different country/culture and so I decided to stay home with our kids until we were acclimated, and I haven't returned to work since!  We enjoyed fun times in Louisiana, but were so glad to move to The Woodlands, north of Houston, in 1997.  Our wonderful son is now a freshman in college and our beautiful daughter is a freshman in high school (see their pics on the Cubs page!).  I volunteer in the community and with school and church, and we love to travel.  God has blessed me with a great family, good health, and wonderful friends and neighbors.

Carrie and Jackie have done such an awesome job with this website.  It's been great to see so many familiar faces and read up on what everyone has been doing.

Since finishing high school I went on to graduate from O U with a degree in architecture...I practiced as a home designer for seven years, and then fell ill to schizophrenia...I had a very hard time for many years until I met my wife, Nancy, who is also schizophrenic, I am now a professional artist / painter...and sometime musician...I attended the 10 year reunion with my friend, Steve Jones (HI Steve !!) and was treated very kindly by a childhood friend that remembered me, Alison Blissett...

I unfortunately cannot attend the next reunion as we are moving to Phoenix, AZ in the Spring.

Graduated HS, lived in Hamburg, Germany, for a year as an exchange student, came back to Norman to go to OU.  Met my husband, who was over in the US from England, married after a whirlwind romance, and moved to the UK. Lived there for a while before moving back to the States.

Lived in Arkansas, then Norman, then Arlington, TX, then Broken Arrow going on for 11 years now.  Richard and I have been married for 27 years. We have one son, 23, a senior at OU, and one daughter, 19, a senior at Union High School.

While living in Texas I fell into the IT business and now I'm a network security administrator for St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.  Richard is an engineer in the flight simulation business.

He is currently doing a frame-off restoration of a 1977 corvette, and last summer I got my dream car:  a Mini Cooper 6-speed.

I love my life, my husband and kids, and all the furry creatures we have sharing our space.  It's a great time to be alive!

Wow - I recognize all the people in the left column...but I have no idea who the older people are in the right column!

Great to read everyone's updates...was everyone this interesting in High School?  I was just a nerd and missed it all - what can I say?

After OSU, moved to Dallas and married Libby, now have 3 children who keep us busy.  Worked in corporate world for awhile but decided to work with non-profits.  Now I am the Asst Headmaster of a Christian School.  I am more blessed than I deserve for sure!
